This Huusk butcher knife set exceeded my expectations. The knives feel extremely solid thanks to the full tang construction, and they have a really nice weight and balance when cutting. Right out of the box they were razor sharp and handled everything from chicken to thicker cuts of beef with ease. I especially like the cleaver and bone axe style knife for heavier cuts, while the Viking style blade works great for trimming and detailed work. These knives are AMAZING!! My husband received a single knife as a gift in 2024, and it has become the go to knife for everything. It's extremely sharp, comfortable to handle, not heavy at all and great to look at. Due to this he was asking for more and this set was perfect. The only thing you need to be careful of is placing it in the sink. We accidentally dropped one in the sink and the tip broke off.

These are amazing knives. They have a great weight and thickness to the blade. They look stunning and the tang going all the way through and not just being a nub shows the high quality of the knives. The hole at the base of the blades makes them very comfortable to hold and gives you good control of the blade. These knives are an excellent value and will last you a lifetime if you take care of them.
