Daily Nouri Menopause Probiotics for Women | Hot Flashes + Night Sweats

These have turned out to be quite the lifesaver while I am battling perimenopause! The hot flashes have almost completely gone as have the night sweats. I have paired with Estroven, but started these first and noticed a difference by month 2. Not instant, but nothing good actually is!

I’ve been taking Nouri Menopause Health Probiotic for a few weeks now, and I’m amazed at the difference it’s made. I used to experience 30 or more hot flashes a day, but since I started using this product, the frequency has dramatically decreased. Not only are they less frequent, but the hot flashes that do occur don’t last as long. I’m so relieved to find something that helps manage this aspect of menopause finally. I highly recommend Nouri to anyone struggling with hot flashes or other menopause symptoms. I have been taking them for about 6 months, and I noticed a decrease in my hot flashes after about a week of taking them. Now I did not got from 30 a day to down to less than 10 a day after 7 days. Each day of taking the pills I noticed that they were not happening so many times and they were less bothersome. I still have probably 5 to 10 a day now, and most of the time, they do not bother me, but at least twice a day, I still have really strong ones that make me stop and take a few minutes to gather myself. I also do wake up at night dripping wet, but I do still get hot when sleeping to where I throw the covers off me for a few minutes, but I am able to go right back to sleep. They are not keeping me awake, so I am definitely getting better sleep. I recommend at least giving them a try because some relief is better than continuing to suffer. Just remember, all of us ladies are different, and we all have different experiences, so let's continue to share our experiences to help others suffering.

I haven't been using Nouri Daily Menopause Probiotic for very long but I am already feeling much better. Ever since I have started taking Nouri Daily Menopause Probiotic my menopause symptoms have diminished drastically. My energy is coming back. I have actually been able to sleep through the night because I'm not having those miserable night sweats that keep me up all night. My hot flashes (that make me so cold after) are barely happening at all now and I am loving this. Also, I'm not so emotional, crying at the drop of a hat (literally). This is great because before taking this, I could, and did, start crying at any time and for no reason at all, even in public places which is terribly embarrassing. I am definitely going to continue using Nouri Daily Menopause Probiotic until the end of menopause and recommend it to anyone suffering from those miserable menopause symptoms.

I have been taking this since October 2025 & it's been a game changer. It took about 3 weeks to a month for it to start working. I have not had any hot flashes or night sweats since then.

This product does not work, in fact it made my hot flashes double. It was absolutely miserable. Plus if you do a preorder and cancel it, they may keep sending it as was my case. Even if unopened they don’t allow you to return the product. Absolutely ridiculous, I am a very unhappy customer.

Wanted this product to be as good as another menopause probiotic that costs more but I can't. No noticeable changes
