I recently started using the Aveeno Face CALM+RESTORE Oat Rich Balm after having a lot of breakouts on my nose, following using a rather abrasive retinol cream. This it has quickly become a staple in my skincare routine. Here’s why I highly recommend it: Deep Moisturization: This balm provides exceptional hydration for my very dry and irritated skin. From the first application, I noticed a significant improvement in the softness and smoothness of my skin. It penetrates deeply, delivering long-lasting moisture without leaving a greasy residue. I literally noticed the difference after one use (at nighttime) Soothing Formula: The inclusion of oat extract is a game-changer for soothing irritation and redness. My skin feels calmer and less inflamed after each use, which is particularly beneficial during harsh weather conditions or after using other skincare products that can be irritating. I don’t normally write reviews, but this one needs one. I’m normally a user of the oat gel balm, but bought this as a barrier. My skin is combination but in the winter months feels dry and saw. After one nights use, my skin is as soft as a baby, and also feels hydrated - usually you don’t get both. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed!

Daughter gets occasional eczema, normally on hands, but got a sudden facial flare up leaving her with sore patchy skin. Everything in the house (E45, standard aveeno, Vaseline) was stinging and making things worse. Got this in desperation and within hours it was calming. A couple of days later her skin looks fantastic with no trace of irritation or flakiness. Would recommend this without hesitation even if all else seems to be failing.

Nice simple moisturiser as I have dermatitis and most products are not suitable for sensitive skin, tried them all and keep coming back to Aveena.

This is great, moisturises my very dry, sensitive skin, wish i’ld found it years ago. It feels very creamy on my skin but doesn’t leave it feeling greasy

Moisturises well, though without an oily feel, and eases irritated skin whilst causing no flare ups. Is good as a night cream over other treatments - due to its calming effects, it's a good counter for the irritation which might be caused by retinol/retinal or AHA serums, though I don't use it on nights when my skin felt drier, when I use another, gloopier moisturiser. Used over a serum, however, it does leave a slight, white residue, which takes a moment to rub in/disappear, so I tend to use it on days when I'm not wearing makeup. I've used it once under makeup - and it was fine with no primer, which my skin loathes, though as a base it was quite mattifying. Will definitely be buying more - it's one of those creams I'll reach for first when my skin feels overdone, out of sorts, and generally needing a more pared back, gentle approach.

Had high hopes for this with all the positive reviews, I found it to be big standard. It didn’t seem to do anymore than any typical serum/moisturiser. It is light on the touch, but heavy on the face, once applied it felt very thick and a little greasy on my face, applied at night, still felt a little heavy and greasy in the morning. Don’t notice softer skin or anything really. Wouldn’t really say it’s value for money, it’s higher priced that other similar option. I will continue to use it until gone but probably wouldn’t purchase again.

Très très bien. Une crème qui soigne vite et bien. Avantage : ne laisse pas de gras visible ni invisible. Parfait pour les personnes qui ne supportent pas les hydratant gras blancs sur la peau. Seul point noir le prix .. Je suis a mon 3ème achat pour peau très très sèche.

Ho provato il balsamo Aveeno Face CALM+RESTORE e sono davvero soddisfatta. La pelle appare subito più lenita e morbida, senza irritazioni. La consistenza è piacevole e si assorbe facilmente. Lo consiglio a chi ha la pelle sensibile e vuole un prodotto delicato ma efficace.

Un peu cher en France, mais particulièrement efficace pour les peaux sèches. Une des rares crèmes qui ont réellement conservé l'hydratation pendant 24h pour moi sans être comédogène.
