I adore this cup. I use it every day. Perfect volume and weight for some who enjoys a large coffee with small hands. Color and finish is high quality. Easy to clean. Lid is truly leak proof when closed properly. Will not lose a drop. Coffee stays hot for hours. If I had bought this product in a store, I would have set this particular one down and picked up another because the handle is a little bit wobbly, but not enough to affect the performance. Lid can be screwed on to make it either right or left handed (I've seen at least one review for this cup saying it was left/right handed use only and that's not true). Excellent product, will use this until it is no longer useful and will immediately replace with another.

Received smaller version of this travel mug from a friend. They keep our coffee warm for quite a while. I love the fact that they are spill-proof! Purchased these larger ones during a sale.One small issue we have had with the older ones is leaking around the threads after filling. Filling with the flip-up cap open helps with this. I am also going to get replacement seals to see if they will help.

Fantastic travel mug, durable, nice to sip out of, keeps coffee hot, and is actually leak-proof with the lid. I also like that the handle can slip into my pocket for hands-free carrying when I need my hands.

Good size, fits in my car's cup holder, and is pretty good at keeping coffee warm. It's hard to screw the cap on so that a right handed person can be holding the mug and sipping. It usually takes me two or three tries!

Solid and sturdy coffee mug that endures much beatings and still Keeps the coffee nice and warm throughout the day. Does not rust, chip, or fall apart after more than a few drops.

Love these bugs. Cracked the lid on my last one, and not from over use. Work accident. Still seals perfectly with it half cracked. Have never ever had an issue with it not sealing and it's over 2 years old and had a hard life. Got beaten and threw around inside every piece of construction equipment there is. Dented, paints all peeling but I loved that mug so I needed a backup.

I like the body portion of the cup but the lid is why I can't give this more than 3 stars.Sometimes, somewhat often, the pop top part gets very hard to pop up and I'm not sure why. It almost feels jammed. When this occurs, I know the likeliness of jamming my finger is high. It doesn't happen all the times so I don't get it.Also, when fully screwed in, the spout faces weird angles. If you look at my pictures, it's either too close to the handle or just at a weird angle. It would be perfect if it was closer to 90 degrees from the handle.One thing I really do like is how easy it is to clean the cap. Many other travel cups or tumblers have complex caps or sliding pieces that trap gunk. This contigo one has minimal areas like that. Also, because most of the bottom is exposed and it's not a complex contraption, I feel comfortable tossing it into the dish washer.The cup fits in my cup holders without issue and the handle feels solid. The price was also very good compared to other travel cups.Side note, if this thing is laying on its side, the mouth part can and will be touching the surface. I realized this when I dropped my cup onto my carpet and then had to wash the cap because of this. I didn't take any stars away since this is noticable in their pictures.Another side note, the cup had a warning to not use other Contigo caps with this cup. Not sure what to make of this warning because I have other Contigo cups of a different model that have caps that look very similar. I did not take any stars away from this because it's a reasonable request.

Got this for my bf as a gift. It’s nice quality. It’s easy to clean and works great at keeping his coffee hot. Our only problem is that the handle loosened up fairly quick and is all wobbly now. But overall, it functions fine and does it’s job.
