I wasn’t expecting the letters to be stickers. I could literally peel them off .The bag itself is nice, but the monogramming is absolutely poor. Amazon should not even allow this to be sold on their website.

The name I wanted on the tote bag is unique and spelled Chang'e and they altered it to Chang's SMH. It was suppose to be a doggie shower gift bag.
