I ordered this umbrella in Feb. 2023 for a trip to Ireland. It performed well, but recently, I noticed a spine was broken (maybe after a trip to Costa Rica). I contacted Customer Service on 4/21/24 and inquired about the lifetime guarantee. My brand new umbrella arrived today (4/22/24) and I didn’t even need to bother with a return of the broken umbrella. What a great company to deal with. Thank you Siepasa. The new umbrella will be taken to Greece and Scotland soon!! I’m so impressed with the ease and quickness of the replacement!!

We were going out of town and needed “cheap” umbrellas that we could travel with & not worry about if they got lost.Fast forward…we used our umbrellas for 3 days of rain and wind. They performed great and we made it home with them. They are now in our cars & we continue to use them! Awesome value & cute designs! 🩷♥️👏🏼

Great value for the price. They were a smaller easier size to carry and store in my car. Easy to fold up, no issues with them.

We opened it for the first time but we couldn’t close it!! We tried everything, but nothing.. it ended in the garbage can!!! Just lost the money!!

This is the perfect umbrella for a rainy day! It is larger sized so that you don't get a wet back but not huge so that it is cumbersome or difficult to use. It seems sturdy, and is easy to undo, and shrink back down, and even better, has held up to the "moderate" breezes of Wyoming quite well, thanks to the wind proof construction. For any wondering, I would probably classify a "moderate breeze" in Wyoming as a "windy day" everywhere else (when it's "windy" in Wyoming you just don't use an umbrella no matter how hard it's raining!). This one gets my vote!

It has the perfect size to fit it in your purse just in case it rains that day. Great material, you won't get any wet while using it.

Product is nice. Seems durable so far. Problem is retracting it to "snap" closed. It doesn't easily snap and you have to really push it down to hear the snap. Once I thought I did, but it opened up in the back of my car. Scratched the leather seat. Wasn't happy. If they fix that mechanism, I would rate it a 5.

Nice product but be aware that they are heavy. I bought to put in my suitcase to take on a cruise. Thank goodness I didn’t need them but they are heavy. I will use them at home for sure.

Excelente paraguas, buen tamaño y resistente. Es muy bonito y por el precio realmente vale mucho la pena! Sin duda compraré otro! Lo recomiendo mucho!

The media could not be loaded.  Thoroughly surprised by the quality of this product. It has a mechanism where it unfolds the canopy and deploys it with a button press in the handle and to fold the canopy back you have to press the same button in handle ( manually folding doesn't work) and collapse the telescopic rod and by manually pressing the folded canopy downwards to lock it with handle.We cannot re deploy the umbrella unless completely closed.Small size fits in my trouser pockets easily. Interesting product.
