Using for 1 & half year.. Very very disappointed, spent almost 10,000 for filters within this short period. Not that we use lot, we are just a small family (with 4 members 2 adults & 2 kids), so usage is less. But the indicator lights very frequently say some or other problem & when we can fot technicians they say only one thing to replace filters which cost 4.5k... And even after paying such hefty amounts, water also doesn't taste good.. While many other top brands like Aquaguard providing 2 year free maintenance, Livpure looting customers like this :(

There are a few things that troubled us. 1. I had called the pureit service centre after 6 months of use, they told me to wait till the mahine gives a signal and it didn't. And finally when I decided to get it serviced and when opened the machine, we saw everything had turned black. 2. It used to make a lot of noise while filling water. The service guy corrected it, and now it's smooth and silent like butter. So why was the new machine delivered was noisy? Thanks to the service guy. Otherwise I would have rated it 2 stars for making so much noise. Rest everything is fine.

Nice product worth of price. It has required filters along with minerals chamber which helps to add minerals

Good product

Item was good. But installation is done in a very manner without checking TDS and water taste. That service person response is not lifting call for next time No proper communication. Don't send such persons.
