Good customer service after problems.
Tried in four different car outlets, would not work in two of them, and the other two were intermittent. On top of that, the display voltage never appeared. It is so easy to test at the factory to make sure the product works that there is no excuse for an 'out of box' failure for any simple electronic device.Updated: I've updated my review to three stars based on excellent customer service. They contacted me and sent me a new unit and refunded my money on the first unit. The new unit works fine when it's in a 12v receptacle that it fits.

it doesnt charge my samsung s8 plus as fast as i thought it would. i do like how it shows the amps when the phone is charging. i love how it shows my cars voltage when the car is running or when its not running

Won’t Maintain Contact
The USB charger works fine - when it stays plugged in. But that’s where the problem occurs - it keeps working its way out of the 12v socket on my truck, even on smooth city streets. Very loose and touchy in maintaining a connection. I have one from a different manufacturer on the other vehicle and it has never come loose.

updated!...no display showing because factory used wrong front cover from their QC07 model
update: The voltage LED display is in there and working, but proper translucent black cover not installed (it's black one from their QC07 model).I bought four of the silver type, three as gifts; only one had a working voltage display. I tried the non- working ones again and again, alternating between the one working and the others simply in disbelief. Wow!

No go
Couldn’t get it to work. Felt heavy in my hand but never worked. The little ring lit up and that was it

Great tool for my camper. I only have one cig. lighter outlet in my galley so before I could either have volt meter plugged in or USB charger. Now I have both in one. Good quality, looks good, works as advertised. I only wonder the power draw this thing pulls as it sits there. Every amp matters when you are off grid.

use this in the airplane after installing a alternator to replace the old generator
One of the partners had a complete power failure upon landing lost all the electrical. this gives you a quick reference on battery voltage. this will give you a heads up if the charging system fails or a breaker trips

No Voltage or Amp Display
The voltage and amp display does not work. The green and white charging lights do work and I was able to charge my iphone. However, I bought this item so I can see what the voltage and amps were while charging--this problem defeats that purpose. I am returning the unit.
