These worked perfectly. We used around the ceiling of our garage for a glow party. They are not Uber bright, but they were bright just enough so the kids can see and everything glowed!

These r gorgeous !! They are halloween, not cheap purple lights ! These r the real deal , real black lights, can't say enough about em, they have a remote and a long cord to place em away from an outlet which is a game changer for me, no extension cord !! I love em !!

These lights are great!! The remote control is a little tricky but works good!! They are high quality and they are perfect in my bedroom and I can leave them on all night!!

No instructions on how to get the remote control working. Battery compartment was so tight and instructions were clear on how to open it, but once I opened it and closed it, it became impossible to open again. The plastic to the battery compartment is too tight and it won't respond to the lights at all.Remote itself just won't work.The lights themselves are priceless. Doesn't feel like 40 feet, but they are pretty and made a room light up; glow with everything in your room that is white, yellow, orange and pinkish glowing back. Really neat.Near the plug is a switch to change the lights to flashing various patterns and there are a lot of them. Getting them back to static on took a while because of all the flashing pattern options to cycle through.Neat purchase. Remote is worthless but I do like the lights themselves.

I made a Halloween Tree with the hallmark Haunted Mansion tree set and I wanted black lights to put on the tree. This is 2 sets of the 80ft. The ornaments are black and white so you can see how well things glow with it. They have different functions and everything works perfectly.

These are nice lights but unless you have a small space they don't really work as black lights.

Way back in the early 2000s, I bought a set of lights very much like these, from Spencer's Gifts, and after 4 years of always being on, they finally failed. I have YET to find their match. These were the closest I've ever found, and two things they lacked: brightness and a fade setting that stays the same speed (WHY do you LED makers insist on fade speeds changing...just let the chillout crawl be chill!)

These little things are bright for the size.
