Filter arrived new conditon and was easy to install. I've been driving my Tesla Model Y for almost 2 years and recently noticed an unpleasant odor. After researching online, I discovered that a clogged cabin filter was a likely cause. Tesla filters are expensive and additional $$ for installation, but I found this brand online and decided to give it a try. The instructions were clear, and the entire installation process took me only 15 minutes. I'm confident that this filter will last me another 2 years or 18,000 miles without needing replacement. I highly recommend this filter due to its excellent build quality and perfect fit for my Model Y AWD. The difference is noticeable, and I'm impressed with the overall value for money.

The BASENOR Upgraded Cabin Air Filters for my Tesla Model Y are an excellent upgrade! This makes a big difference in the quality of the air that is being filtered into the car as the filter is a HEPA and activated carbon type. I also don’t get that unpleasant smell or the smell from the outside when driving through the cities with traffic or construction works. I found the installation rather simple and this is thanks to the instructions that came with it. It is quite evident that the filters are a good fit and the materials used are of high quality. They definitely look like they are built to last and I am satisfied knowing that they are filtering the air better than the stock filters. If you want to enhance the air quality of your Tesla and get rid of allergens, odor, and other pollutants, this is the filter you need. This also comes in set of two which is a great thing as well and makes it even more worth the price. I would strongly suggest this product to every Tesla Model 3 and Model Y owner! 5 stars!

Short casual review: Pretty solid upgrade for the Model Y. The BASENOR cabin air filter fits well and is super easy to install—took just a few minutes. Air in the cabin feels noticeably cleaner and fresher, especially with dust and outside odors. Hard to say long-term durability yet, but for the price it’s an easy DIY replacement that does the job well.

Buying it for 2nd time and have no problems with it: good installation manual, all tools included. Most importantly - great quality and no mold grows on it (compared to other cheap alternatives).

The Bensor HEPA filter for my Tesla Model Y noticeably improves air quality inside the cabin. It traps dust, pollen, and odors much better than the stock filter, making the air feel fresher almost immediately. Installation was straightforward, though the filter was a snug fit and needed a little extra effort to get into place. Once installed, it works perfectly and runs quietly. Overall, a great upgrade for cleaner air, but a bit of patience is needed during installation.

I noticed someone mentioned that they smell. I did not notice that with mine at all and most others say the same. But if you don’t bother to clean out the air intake first with a good foaming cleaner and all you do is replace the filter, then I can definitely see how the smell would remain. I went through the process of cleaning out the intake and then installed these filter and there is NO smell. I also noticed that there are a lot more carbon balls in these than compared to the ones I purchased previously. Also they have a more premium quality fit and finish. One more thing, make sure to put your car in car wash mode whenever the car is washed and possibly get a good front hood seal to keep the rain water from getting into the air intake. If water gets in there, that is what is causing the funky smell in your car. The installation is as easy and simple as replacing the factory ones and they perform even better since the provides both HEPA and carbon filtration. TLDR: clean the air intake before installing this filter and make sure water and leaves do not enter the air intake.

This item quality seems much better than OEM. Install was fairly straight forward but takes a little patience.

I've bought two of these. The first worked great for over two years; the second had a plastic smell immediately. Basenor issued a refund, and I will be happy to try again.
