I’ve been using this for a while - I switched from Mary Ruth because of the cost - these have the same active ingredient and a pill form is easier for me to remember and take. I have so much new hair growth sticking out at my part and in front where it was really thinning. I’m very happy and highly recommend. I am 55 and had hormone related hair loss but I don’t anymore :-)
