Worked fine for a month, then the camera stopped calling for some reason. I looked up online instructions to perform a factory reset to re-pair the camera. When pressing the 'pair' button 3 times, I kept hearing no beeps, in the youtube videos on pairing, my unit would not beep regardless of the number of times pressed. Upon opening it up to look at it, I noticed the board with the reset button was out of alignment. upon further investigation, I found that the pins weren't even attached to the other board and it was held on by a single screw. Super shoddy design.

The system worked well enough when I installed it, but it failed after little more than a year of use. I have replaced it with a system from tmezon, which appears to have superior engineering.

The speaker on the outer ringer is garbage. The range is about a third of what it claims. Basically a waste of $200. The communication between the ringer and the control unit is slow, and if you are trying to use the phone app it is even slower. Like takes you almost a minute to just answer it on your phone. Keep your money.

The doorbell had kinks, the monitor had the memory card inserted. The qr code from the monitor loads a camera app, not the monitor App & tool to manage it. the doorbell was never recognized by the phone app. In general this used set was not loaded with the proper operation codes, if "Renewed/Re-Manufactured" at all. Just hope I can obtain my money back

After 7 months it continues to go offline. I reset it, but it still doesn’t work!

No dan respuesta pues en un año dejo de verse la imagen en la pantalla y no se ve nada ni en el celular solo aparate que no hay dispositivo agregado y cuando lo agrego dice que se terminó el tiempo de espera

Worked perfect until about 2 weeks ago. The Camara battery is bad and have been unable to make contact with the manufacture for a new one. Charger is good but the battery is shot.
