I've been using this machine since 3 months now and is been working perfectly fine!!!

Great value for money… we get 2 pieces …. One that is wide enough for the back (one shd spread a rubber sheet & then the hot pack and a towel on top (thick one) and lie on one’s back on top) and one for smaller areas. Retains heat for a good 7-10 mins. I think this is a great buy.

After using it for 1 month …. Please do not buy this product… 👉 The stitching is not good 👉 The inner material is not absorbing heat properly 👉 The inner material is coming out 👉 The cloth gets wet while applying it
