Will this remove tarter on cats back teeth?

Thank you for your inquiry about our ultrasonic pet dental cleaning product! The short answer is Yes! PAWSION ultrasonic dental cleaner is designed to help with the removal of plaque and tartar on your pet's teeth, including the hard-to-reach back teeth. When used correctly and regularly, it can be effective in reducing the buildup of tartar. However, it's essential to note that the results may vary depending on the severity of the tartar accumulation and how frequently the product is used. One important factor is the cat's willingness and comfort in letting you use the product on them. Introducing any new tool or routine to your pet might require patience and gradual acclimatization. It's recommended to slowly introduce the ultrasonic cleaner to your cat, allowing them time to become familiar and comfortable with its presence and sensation.

Is this tool supposed to vibrate? I have received two of these so far. The light comes on, but nothing else happens.

It’s a safety feature of the tool. It only vibrates when the tip is on a hard surface like a tooth. This is in case your hand slips with a wiggly dog.

What is the mAh of the lithium battery- 500, 700, or 1500 mAh? Is the one head tool flat or pointed? Will the head tip fit into a small dog's mouth?

Thank you for the questions. The lithium battery used in the product is 500 mAh. The dental cleaner comes with two heads, one pointed and the other flat. The head tip is a little less than 1 inch in length and can fit into a small dog's mouth.
