FINALLY AN AMAZING, LARGE HAMSTER CAGE !
I purchased this product about a year ago. This was the best hamster cage I've ever bought! This was the biggest cage I could find on the market and is of good quality. My hamster loves running up and down the tubes and all the platforms, and also crawling through the hole on which the food bowl stands, knocking the food over! ( This can get quite annoying ! ) But, the only other flaws are that although the house that it came with was a good size, whenever my hamster used it kept sliding out of place every time she went in and out. One time the house fell from the platform while my hamster was using it! Maybe making the platform of which the house stands on rougher would help. I have noticed on the reviews that a few people have complained that the platforms were very flimsy, however i disagree with this to some extent as: yes they aren't the best, but they still hold my hamsters weight and aren't that fiddly to take on and off when cleaning; and I think the other features of the cage over power this negative feature. Overall I love this cage because of the size and how much space there is for my hammy to run around in, and space for loads of additional toys. As well as this, the cage is great because of what it comes with ( even though it doesn't come with a wheel or water bottle. ) And finally, the simple, natural colour of the cage matches nicely with furniture if you were keeping it the lounge, for example.

Only one platform and feeding bowl, not two like the photo
This seems like a good cage (I've not put a hamster in it yet so can only judge on looks), but be aware that in spite of the answered question saying that it comes with 2 platforms, IT ONLY COMES WITH ONE PLATFORM. I know this for certain as I returned the first cage assuming that there had been a mistake - but the replacement also only has one platform so I guess I'll just have to make a second one myself. There is also only one feeding bowl. Other than that, it matches the photos. The igloo is also tiny so I have bought an alternative house for my Syrian hamster.

Hamster loves her new home. A bit too much.....
It is a lovely cage. The platforms are a little fiddly to put on and I recommend to decide how you want them and then leave them - as the nubs which attach it to the cage I've ended up with one slightly loose with a definite bend mark. My fault, but also just due to how the product is made. The tubes are big enough for my 3 month on Syrian Hamster to fit through at the moment, will see as she gets older if she still can! If not, I will just buy a Trixie Wooden Ladder to stick in the slots provided for ladders. I noticed A LOT of people saying that the bowls are too light and their hamsters moved them.... These bowls actually click into the platform covering un-used holes. Because of this, the hamster has physically no way in being able to move it. At All. The only reason I knocked off a star is because this cage was delivered Saturday 27th August... And I came home Thursday 1st September to find a huge hole in the base of the cage. While I understand that this is due to the hamster over chewing - regardless of the amount of toys and chews in the cage - I also have never ever had this happen in all my years of owning hamsters. But - Live and let learn! To cover this I had some wooden block toys which I used super strength velcro to adhere them to the corners to stop the chewing... And forever will have a hole there to remind me of what a little monster she can be! Also that said, this cage is only temporary until I move homes where I plan on getting here a much bigger cage as this one doesn't meet what a hamster needs. They need 80cm minimum floor space and this has about 75cm floor space avaiable. Its better than cages you can normally get in pet shops though so if this is the max you can put into your home - it is a good choice!!!

This may look a nice cage but in reality it is poor and flimsy
This may look a nice cage but in reality it is poor and flimsy. The build quality is unsatisfactory. It feels badly built, and is. The clips that hold the base on are not secure and can easily pop out of place. The bars do not feel strong and the base feels flimsy. The colour co-ordination was a bad choice and the cream bars make looking into the cage difficult. Also, it does not come with everything shown in the picture, only one of each. I will say it is a good size cage but that is the only aspect I can praise. The good saving point is you can return it free of charge to Amazon if you agree with me and think it is not good enough.

Large, but not robust.
We needed a bigger cage for our hamster, who we are sure is related to a guinea pig! This cage was described accurately - it is indeed much larger than our current cage and seemed to be just what we needed. However, the two shelves are made of very flimsy plastic and barely support their own weight without the food bowls or the tube. Once the food bowls and tube are added, they dip down quite dramatically. We have had to build wooden supports/columns under each shelf, because they certainly would not have held the weight of any animal. Rather disappointing considering the price.

I was very happy with my new hamster house
I was very happy with my new hamster house. It is very large so I have plenty of room to run around and I love to climb the bars too (my human keeps telling me I'm a hamster but I know I'm a monkey). What I especially love is the fact it took me 2 days to chew through the corner of the plastic base and plan my great escape. My human managed to get me a replacement but I already knew that I could chew through the base and have the run of the house again. So I did! Haha. I have now been put in my old cage which makes me very sad because it is too small and I can't run around in it. I will have to stay here until my human can find me a suitable cage again :( My human was also very impressed with the deep base because I didn't kick my bedding all over the floor. Fleur: One very naughty hammy xx

Alright
The tier's where not strong enough to support my dwarf hamster sometimes. had to wedge things under them to keep them up. Also isn't flatpack so it's a big old cage. Recently thrown it away as my hamster died years ago. It does the job but it's not perfect cage unfortunately.
