Haven’t used this yet but have perfect place for it. Can’t wait to try it. Need a low impact workout.

The first time ever using the product and not only did the protective fabric covering the bungees slide down the entire way but one of the bungee bands snapped in half! Poor quality and unfortunately I was outside the return window before I used it.

This was a good motivator for early fitness training. When I first ordered this set, I was over the allowed weight, but I worked to meet the requirements. Now it's easy to proceed and even more strength, stretching and weight loss.

The media could not be loaded.  I got this kit for my kids to use in their ninja play area. It didn't come with the recommended ceiling mount, but I looped it over a tree branch that we use for rope swings instead. The seller should have included a ceiling mount with everything else.The kit is well made. The bungee cord is thick and heavy. The carabiner felt strong. The harness had pads for the front of the stomach and legs.I have one child who is at the bottom of the weight recommendation and the other is more toward the top. The set worked well for the smaller child, with the bungee not stretching much and allowing them to move well. The heavier child needed the bungee moved up at least 2 feet higher, as the cord really stretched with him.The set came with a daisy chain and straps for adjustment, but it was a serious hassle to have to climb up and undo everything every time they took turns. Its not easily adjustable for different weights even if they're both in the recommended weight zone.This set was fun for my lighter child, not so much for my heavier child. The parts did seem to be well made. I would only recommend this for being setup for one person, not multiple users unless they're the same weight and size.

I was planning to hang this bungee from the top beam of our swing set, which is 8' high. They say on the product page that this could be hung from an 8 ' ceiling. However, that isn't nearly high enough. I was almost sitting on the ground and would never be able to exercise or bounce with it hung that low. I don't have any tree branches to put this on, so basically it is useless for me. You would have to climb up with a ladder to get this secured high enough to use properly. Also, the bungee doesn't seem near as stong as it claims. I got the medium, for 115-140 lbs, and my 50 pound daughter was able to make it bounce all the way to the ground. The carabiners seem really strong and are the highest quality part of the set. They held the bungee securely to the beam, along with the included rope Iooped around it. The harness has really sharp parts where the fabric was sealed together. It cut the back of my thigh as I was sliding it up my leg. I dont like that you have to step into the harness every time, and wish it was easier to get on and off. It took a long time to untangle and get all the straps on straight. Then you have to do that again every time you put it on because they get twisted. Unfortunately this this just didn't work out for us.

The overall bungee part is very well made. Uses quality materials than can hold up. The straps were able to hold 120lb nicely. On the downside the harness is very hard to get on and doesn't feel well on the legs. Overall it gets the job done and would recommend if you can secure it from a high elevated place.

Like my title says, I was quite nervous to try this as a complete novice. Luckily, I have access to a space where I am able to hang this and try it out. The ceilings there are 12 feet, while the product says you could use with 8 foot ceilings I can't imagine that working too well. I was able to hang this from a metal beam, but be aware that if you don't have that you will need to purchase a ceiling mount separately.Once I got it hung and got the feel of it it was so fun to move around and 'dance' in the air. While I wasn't fully aware of it at the time, I could feel my muscles working and when I was done I could definitely feel how hard I had been working, I was sore!The straps are comfortable around the body and easy to adjust. I was a little hesitant to use the medium size and I am almost 140 lbs, but I felt completely secure and the straps held up just fine. I didn't fall and break anything, ha!Overall, I loved using this and am excited to give it another go. It seems like these sets vary quite a bit in price, but this seems reasonable for what you get. If you are looking for a new way to exercise and train your muscles, I highly recommend giving this a shot!

I'm 132 lbs and I bought the medium it pulls me to the ground even at almost 9 feet high. I'm buying the large 130 to 200lbs. My weight at 132 lbs will not pull it all the way down. My Grandson's can use my medium.
