Hi the pack comes with a Cotton sheet, what is this for please? Thabks

The muslin sheet is what use use to drizzle the castor oil on, then put it against the area of skin you wish to treat, then pop your waist or neck pack on over it, however you can also drizzle the castor oil directly on to the inside of the pack (also rub some on to your skin first, because the pack has a protective fabric that means it doesn’t come out on to your clothes or sheets, hope this helps

What is the cotton sheet for?

Having used the Castor Oil Packs I found that I should have placed a cotton sheet under the area where I had a pack at the time. During the night the pack tended to leak onto the bed sheet. I also placed a plastic over the pad but there was still some leakage. As it happened I never got a cotton sheet but I was aware from reading a book about the use of the Castor Oil Pads that it is recommended that a plastic covering is applied. However I think a cotton sheet is to soak up any leakage.
