Plant-based, not human, estrogen which nonetheless promotes hormonal balance. I take one nightly with pistachios for three months, then take a few weeks off. Its phytoestrogens seem to boost my energy, clarity, and definitely my sense of smell: when the bottle starts smelling good, I know it’s working lol

they are definitely helping me, and I only take half of one tab daily (perimenopause). I use the progest cream at night. one less star because the price is too steep.

Worth a try
I could tell this was helping after the first few days, but began to experience lightheadedness a few hours after taking along with still experiencing a mild bad aftertaste from the pill. I tried breaking tablet in half to see if that would help and still same reaction. I believe it's definitely worth a try and seems to work out for many, but this may not be for me.

I felt cheated.
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the Life Extension Estrogen that I purchased from your website. Unfortunately, the medicine did not work as expected, and I feel that I have wasted my money. I was hopeful that the medicine would help alleviate my symptoms, but after taking it as directed, I noticed no improvement whatsoever. I gained tremendous weight. This has left me feeling cheated and let down as I trusted that your website would provide me with quality products. I understand that I cannot return the medicine due to regulations, but I believe it is important to share my experience with others who may be considering purchasing from your site.
