As a badminton player i was looking to strengthen my ankles, calves and leg muscles at home.I use these wedges for squats , calf raises, lunges and stretching.I can feel the difference in my strength and speed within few weeks. I must say these are a great investment to bulletproof my joints and protect me from any injuries.The quality of the product is amazing, the metal body is highly durable, the anti-slip pattern gives good grip to my feet and the rubber bumper keeps the wedge in place even on tiles , this is a must buy without hesitation, high value for money .

The product is nice but could have been made better. The product should have grip both ends for all surfaces in gyms. The sides should also be welded with support

I use this squat wedge to perform double kettlebell front squats, goblet squats and calf rise. While it enhances my form for these exercises, I've found that performing barbell squats with it can be a bit challenging as it places additional stress on the knees especially with heavy weights. However, it does protect my back and offer excellent hip and ankle support, enabling me to achieve deeper squats and a full range of motion while maintaining a strong sense of stability throughout the movement.This squat wedge is made of metal and it weighs around 2kg each with 20 degree inclined, ensuring stability and durability. While it does feature a non-slip surface, I would advise against standing on it with sweaty feet. The rubber bush underneath effectively ensures the wedge's stability on the floor. It's worth noting that if you own lifting shoes, you may not necessarily require the wedge. Personally, I prefer the wedge over lifting shoes because I can simply position it under my heels, allowing me to get into my squat position quickly without the delay of donning shoes—a convenience when training multiple sessions a day.

The product solves its purpose. No question about that. But the surface is powder coated and is super slippery. I knew this fact from the reviews beforehand and i was careful while standing upon it and still slipped badly. I am not returning it but planning to wind some kind of tape over it to keep the feet stable. They should make the surface rough instead of smooth.Edit - after 1 month of use - Applied 'Anti-Skid Tape For Stairs' over it which has a consistency like a sandpaper and it's working fine now. Request to the makers - please design a new, non-slippery surface.
