Are these sealed by the factory and unopened or tampered with?

I bought from 2 different sellers. Both were factory sealed. Just hope that they mail your package in bubble wrap or something. As one of my packages was sent in a plastic Amazon bag with no protection. And the booster box was crushed. But I was lucky, the card packs were fine. I would buy again.
