Love this and have received so many compliments on this privacy screen. It has been installed and used for two years now and no issues screen.

Installed this gray double privacy screen on a concrete patio. Instructions and installation were pretty straightforward. Included hardware are 12mm bolts Both sides of screen pull out and retract smoothly. Quality of screen fabric s good and not transparent. In the 2 weeks that it has been in place, I’ve had no issues with it and am pleased with the purchase.

I honestly hoped this would work. We have a hot tub and thought this would add the perfect amount of privacy. When the first one broke, It was fairly windy. when I bought the second one and a light breeze broke it, I was done. The fatal flaw with the product is that the handles are made of plastic. Hollow cheap thin plastic. I would steer clear of this poorly made product. Do not buy this. It will break with any amount of wind. The other problem is the hardware they provide for mounting it into a cement pad. It is very cheap and does not expand. This caused the poles to lean in and the awning to sag bad. Again, do not buy this.

I wasted 3 hours dealing with these very cheap anchors provided with the product until we decided to throw all the hardware in the carbage and buy some great masonry anchors for 15$ at home depot and finally, we are happy with the awning....

The product showed up with missing anchors (they refunded us so could buy our own) but it looked decently made. We ended up ditching ALL the anchors they provided because they were crap and spent another $20 on good ones. Two of the rivets were also missing but we didn’t want to go through the hassle of replacing it and just hoped it would stay. Unfortunately, it just toppled in a gust of wind and all the rivets broke. We hoped it would be “fixable” but when it fell, it bent the metal of the middle piece where the shade goes into. Thankfully it didn’t pop our hot tub, as it also collapsed onto it as well. The secondary anchors held well though… it just seems like the smaller metal pieces they use are just too cheap.

I bought due to the fact I have new neighbors , and let’s just say I needed the privacy . It was a bit to set up , due to the fact I couldn’t find a exact fit drill bit to match the hardware that attaches it to the cement . But I am very happy with how good it looks and the privacy it provides .

Placed this at the end of open patio mostly to secure my dog. Was fairly simple to install. Looks nice and very sturdy but make sure you get a good grip on it when retracting the screen.

We were thinking about building a privacy fence around our hot tub deck. Seen this and had never seen something like this. Talked to the wife and we opted to try this. Wow it is an awesome system. Works exactly as we thought it would and we are very pleased to have made this purchase. If you are looking for privacy outdoors this is perfect.
