Q: Shouldn't there be a hole in the inflation tab?!? I tossed the instructions and now I can't figure out how to blow this thing up.

Within the inflation tab you should see a clear plastic sleeve. You need to insert/push the pump nozzle into the clear plastic sleeve and then pump the air/helium.

Q: Does it come inflated?

Hi no, you need to inflate it with helium or evenAir but helium makes it stand. My kids love it!
