Just no. there's several other one star reviews - not made for actually obese person, straps small, complicated put together that's not even connected so as to actually be supportive. gonna be trying to return this.

Takes some getting used to, but very supportive

I think this would be a great product if it had extended sizing. I bought this for a relative and while it was constructed nicely, it just didn’t work for us.

Not sure how much it actually helped after my operation. I had difficulty maneuvering to put it on, it was stiff, hot, and uncomfortable. I ended up donating it.

I used this after a surgery to keep the sutured area from jiggling so much when I walked. Really helped with the pain. Don’t use it much anymore but it served its purpose. But I do have warn that the Velcro is not for the weak. If you are, you might need help getting it off.

The edges are super rigid, the image directions are awful, and I measured as instructed according to size guide and this (XL) is big enough for two people. In theory it should work but it’s a pass for me.

I bought this to support my belly. My belly now droops uncomfortably low, and I wanted it be lifted for support and so it doesn't jiggle as much when I walk. This belt does that very well. I find it comfortable.

I am obese. I had hoped that this item could help me move around by displacing the weight of stomach. 2XL maybe OK for someone who is overweight but not so much for a truly obese person. It is too small in circumference; way to narrow (folds over thus cutting into you) and does not actually hold the belly up (again the belly part is way too narrow). My advice for a truly obese person is DON'T BOTHER with this item
