Cheap!
I couldn’t find something similar on the market and really liked this design. Put one on the car keys and it fell apart. Feels cheap and not very well made. I was very close to returning but I really liked the design and potential support it offered. So I glued it back together and it’s fine, needless to say the plastic still feels cheap but it’s holding together well after the superglue. The rod sparks well and the whistle is loud enough. It’s ok, could have been better for the money.

Use with care
The area used to attach to a cord comes away from the main whistle.Having to use tape to hold it together

Much better than expected!
The whistle is really loud and the ferro rod works a treat too! You do have to remember that this is intended for emergency use so the ferro rod is not gonna last forever but for its intended purpose it's great - just don't go expecting to use it on every camp. All in all excellent value for money.
