The media could not be loaded. I really like this. Bought it cuz it was on sale and I love it. I plan on getting a couple more. My drawer is very wide and we drink coffee like water around here.

Doesn’t fit most pods
May be an oversight on my behalf but the design doesn’t fit anything but the largest pods. Quality is there but as someone who drinks espresso, half coffees, full coffees, etc. the pods don’t fit/sit well. Returning as a result
