Love the variety, it pairs perfectly with the Nutri system 14-day breakfast, snack, and lunch kit. In 3 months, I have lost 23lbs by eating one of these a night for dinner in combination with the kit. So yummy and easy!

Very good. I would advise against cooking them in the silver package as advised; it makes them taste very distinctly like the package itself. Microwaving or stove top cooking work better. They a little over-priced for a bulk product

Absolutely delicious! If I were to have any complaints it would be that I wished there were more of the higher spicy variety.

Yum very tasty

Got these to have on hand as quick and easy meals with a decent amount of protein. These are fairly dull with heat being the only real seasoning. Because of this they all basically taste the same. Even the spinach based sauce tastes remarkably similar to the tomato based sauces. It’s hard to distinguish the paneer and tofu from each other and the peas taste like nothing. I like the extra protein but I am much better spending some extra time and using jarred sauce and having some actual flavor in my meals. The extra protein isn’t significant enough to deal with the disappointment of their flavors.

The product is great, heats up easily, nicely, and evenly, however, IF you do not like your food too spicy HOT, you won't like it. I mean there's an entire whole hot chili pepper in there with most of these. I enjoy spicy hot now and again, but for me, it was a little too "ay chee mama!" Give it five stars because it's not a question of a bad product, just a caution, and the meal itself is tasty. I will not order again.

Bought for two of my children. They liked the taste. Son wished some had chicken in them. ( Wanted more protein). I had also sent already cooked rice with them.

The food quality was too bad and taste wasn’t up to mark, too buttery, not edible, used one pack and trashed the rest..
