Very good quality MCT Oil - I use primarily for infusing some canna. This MCT for sure makes a great carrier oil & at the same time is very healthy - 100% recommend this for anyone needing MCT for whatever reason, it's completely neutral in taste, which is great for anyone that doesn't like the concentrated taste of coconut oil - I don't - so this neutral taste is welcomed for sure! Only just bought the product, on the label sounds great. I can't say anything about effects but will be adding to coffe, smoothies and salads. My only concern is that it comes in plastic bottle. I don't believe that any oil should be stored in plastic. Micriplastic can leak into fatty products therefore they should be stored in glass containers. Moved into glass container

A high grade MCT Oil which is a mix of C8 & C10 oils with a trace of C12, this combination is preferable for epilepsy (we use this as a daily supplement for our epileptic dog). Absolutely no tummy issues from this, it is clear, odorless and tasteless and suitable for humans and dogs. Really good value for money and we have this set up on a subscribe and save deal.

It really does help with my mental focus and consistent energy. It didn't affect my appetite, which was nice. The taste is pretty neutral too. Beware not start with too high a dose if you are not used to it. It can have the most astonishing laxative effect you could experience. You go from feeling absolutely fine and then seconds later you find yourself sitting on the loo with massive watery diarrhoea, wondering how you got there in such record time! If this is the first time using it, start with small doses and make sure you are near a toilet for the rest of the day. Do this until you are confident how your body will react.
