Bought MSG to dry brine my steaks .
The verdict is still out . Not sure if it is helping with tenderness or flavor . Maybe it just me and my taste buds !

I'm only giving it 3 stars for one major problem i have with it.
It works great, tastes great and I plan to use it until I run out. Would I buy it again? probably not... for one simple reason, it clumps. I hate it when I am trying to use it and a big lump of MSG drops in, I don't know why but it happens. None of my other spices do this but good ole MSG has to be shaked out in a separate bowl to check for lumps before adding in. Other than that issue its exactly as I expected I hope the manufacturer can figure a way to prevent lumps cause it is a quality product.
