All you need to sort your toilet cistern. Quality made units and easy to install. Do not over tighten anything and all works well. Adjust the flush and fill settings before installing makes it easier.

I ordered this model because a different model/design failed to flush without water pouting out underneath of the Cistern. The Bonus of this design is that the Brass retaining bolts for the cistern are able to be installed in advance of attaching the Cistern to the Toilet Pan, which enables a Water Holding Test to be undertaken on the Cistern prior to the final attachment. My Cistern held the water level to the level mark I added for two days. The reassembly when completed produced a Flush that works perfectly. Not required currently, but the twist and remove water release part, will make replacing the base seal very easy at a later date if there is flush water constantly released due to the Seal wearing. I would give five stars if Youtube weren't required to show how best to install these exchange Cistern Parts.

Initially I was going to instal but decided to get a professional plumber to do the job. He fitted it ok and it flushes so does the job ok but not entirely as described. Unfortunately it's called "Dual" flush but the plumber cannot get it to do half and full flush. He said it simply does not do that. I bought it because of the dual flush which doesn't work, hence a 3 star eating

Was Simple to fix, I watched a YouTube tutorial as the instructions aren't the best .. only thing I had to modify was the button to get it to fit..

Easy installation. The only hard part is removing an on old one. Keep in mind the length osmf screws that's the only difficult I face. I had to change for the one which are long enough
