it looks good with simple lines. it works well, not too loud. some have complained that it just stops working. i thought that hit me as well but i tried removing the jar from the base and making sure i aligned the lock and unlock signs "correctly". it is not clearly marked and i did not read the entire paperwork but i did not see anywhere that it is possible to place the jar in the motor such that the safety interlock will prevent the motor from starting. i think some people just put the jar in and don't pay attention to the "lock" and "unlock" symbols. i hope this helps someone.

I never write reviews but I cannot believe how great this little blender is! I was not expecting much at this price point but I needed to replace an old name brand blender and honestly, I like this one better. It blends really easily and quickly without the need to add more and more liquid like some blenders. It actually whips air into my smoothies for a thick, frappé-like texture which is amazing. I can literally flip my smoothie cup over like Dairy Queen cone. It's the quietest blender I've ever used. Even the $400 blenders are usually plastic and I love that this one is glass. It's super sturdy and just seems much higher quality. Not to mention it looks cute on my countertop!

I had this blender for only two months and it already broke down the motor inside stopped working

I was so happy to find this little blender! Small footprint, super cute!, great price, and blends well! Most importantly for me was finding one with a glass pitcher which I found here! I will update if there's a problem but I use regularly and have had it a month with no issues.

I chose this one because the price was good, it held more than the other mixer I was looking at, and I loved the retro look and the knob control.It arrived, I opened it up and loved how it looked! I set it up and tested it out and thought "cool. Very simple and looks great." I used it and it worked fine.The following day I went to use it again and the 1 and 2 settings on the knob didn't work. Only the pulse setting worked.I assume I just got a defective one? But it worked fine the one time I used it before.Disappointing.UPDATE: The new one I got is working well. I have to admit that I test it just about everyday, turning the knob to 1 or 2 just to make sure. It blends very well and quicker and to a smoother consistency than the last blender I had.I am still not convinced it will last because of the experience with my first try with this blender, but so far so good with the replacement. It's a good size for what I need. The look reminds me of a vintage blender in a diner that would be used to make milkshakes

My son and I love this! So easy for him to use. It did take a bit to remove the bottom but once you get the hang of it, it very easy. Love that it's glass. Not extremely loud. I

I love this blender!! Not only is it super cute but it works soooo much better than my old that had the motor go out after only 3 months!Definitely recommend!
