Here are the things I like about numbuzin's glutathione+niacinamide pads: Brightens skin and fades sunspot: I find these pads really does wonders to my sunspots and my skin tone overall. However, it doesn't happen overnight (at least for me). It is a gradual process and one has to use it religiously. No irritation: Even though these pads are fully soaked, it doesn't irritate my skin. The ingredients feel quite gentle and non-invasive on the skin. Double-sided pads with dual functions: one side is smooth and a little slimy; one side is quite coarse, which is meant for exfoliating. Personally, I only use the smooth side because I find the coarse side too rough for my skin type. Convenient packaging: these square facial pads are fitted inside a square plastic box with a small tong stored on the lid. In conclusion, as someone with sunspots, I do see my sunspots have become lighter over time, emphasizing on the words "over time". For me, it took about a good 6 months to see the real effect. And my skin tone has become brighter as well. In addition, I also use numbuzin's facial lotion after the toner pads. So I don't know if it's the combo that works or just the pads alone. But I definitely like the feel of these pads on my skin.

The double-sided design is also nice because I can use the more textured side where I need a little extra help and the smoother side on more delicate areas. It works...can't believe I am saying this but it is working for me. I used tretinoin for a few months with no changes in my skin except extreme dryness and sensitivity. I researched these pads, so I grabbed these along with the toner with the same active ingredients. In the morning I use the toner and at night I use these pads, after I have applied it all over my face I cut the pad into three pieces and place one large piece on my forehead and two smaller pieces on my cheeks where the worst of my hyperpigmentation is and leave it there until it dries. I assumed my hyperpigmentation would lighten over time but it's doing something extraordinary. After two weeks of use, small spots of my normal skin tone started peeking through, and since then, the spots have gotten larger and larger. I changed my entire skin care routine to focus on lightening and brightening my skin, but introducing these pads and toner did make a huge difference. I also believe that leaving the pads on after application (smooth side down) is what is working well for me too because I will lay down and watch a movie and forget I have them on so they stay on there for a while and its been very recent that I have been seeing the most difference with leaving them on for a while. I will go ahead and do the subscription for these now because I have found my product for lightening and brightening.

I feel like the product is super effective, but if you get it in your eye by mistake, it’s very abrasive. The instructions do say to avoid the eye area, but it doesn’t say if you get in the eye to wash it out immediately. I had to do a little research myself and I washed my eye out. I tried to use it again just on my face and I was very careful with the eye area, but somehow the ambient use of the chemical affected my eye again even though I was very careful to avoid the area entirely.

The best toner pads. So moist and feels great on the face. Has a mini tong on the inside of the cover, so easy to use this tong to take out the moist pad. Very economical.

I love most of the products from Numbuzin, they are affordable yet effective. I have been using multiple products from them and loving it.

I’ve been using these toner pads every morning after cleansing and I do notice my skin looks and feels a bit brighter (but I’m unsure if it’s because of these specifically or a combination of products that I’m using). That said, the pads are soaked in the essence, and I’m able to split the toner pad in half and put one on each side of my face making it so you’re only using one a day which I very much appreciate! I’ve had no reaction or side effects, and my skin does feel really refreshed in the morning after using this and spf. I honestly would repurchase when I’m out!
