Love it! It warms up fast, dries towels completely,and adds a sleek touch to my bathroom. Setup was surprisingly easy-Just follow the video guide. The timer function is a bonus ,so i don't have to think about shutting it off. No more damp, Musty towels! It's sturdy, well-made, and totally worth it. Wish i'd bought one sooner!

I’m super happy with this heated towel rack. The quality is great and it looks very nice. I ordered the 6-bar version, and it is the perfect size. It heats up fast and gets quite warm on the highest setting. Warm towels feel so nice! The timer is convenient and easy to set, which allows you to leave the rack on to dry your towel without having to remember to turn it off later. The assembly and installation was easy. There is a very helpful video on the website that shows how to install it. I definitely recommend this heated towel rack to anyone who is trying to choose one.

I got the 10 bar wifi version. It works great warming and drying the towels. Looks great too. It took me a while to connect to wifi. You have to gently place two fingers over the power button and the temperature button until it reads “00”, then the app will find the device. The instructions are not clear about this. Don’t push hard on the buttons. After connecting to wifi, it was easy to connect to Alexa and use voice control. Also, there is no SKU number to put on the warranty registration. I couldn’t get customer service to just say whether or not I need a sku number. Kind of frustrating. Still glad to have the product and love the voice control!

We installed them in the new home's bathroom. I don't know how easy it was to install, as it was done by the contractor, but we liked the look and operation of the towel warmer. We made our choice based on the space occupied by the rack and bucket and the convenience of taking towels, and I ended up buying a towel rack instead of a bucket. However, we did not want slow drying to lead to terrible mildewed towel odor. This is the perfect solution. There is enough space to place two towels on it, and they are perfectly sized to install above a toilet. The timer helps you set it and forget it, and the towels come out completely dry. An extra double hook is also handy for robes and washcloths.The customer service at Topdattion is also excellent. The contractor left one of the hooks off. We emailed Topdattion, and they sent us a replacement hook for free with no questions asked.

Just from seeing how they packaged this towel rack I knew it was going to be good. It was packaged extremely well to ensure its safety upon arrival. This heated towel rack is big, and sturdy. It looks great as it has a more modern look. The best thing about it however is that it does not look like a heated towel rack. It just looks like a normal, decorative towel rack. It heated up extremely well and gets your towels nice and warm. We use this in our hottub house. It is so nice after getting out of the hottub to use a nice warm towel. Bonus points, at the end, we can set the timer and leave our towels/swimsuits to hang and dry as we get in multiple times a day—-no more putting on wet suits!

Say goodbye to chilly, damp towels!To optimize our experience, I set up the towel warmer on a timer. It runs from 8 pm to 3 am, ensuring that our towels are warm before our evening showers and have time to fully dry afterward. This feature has made our daily routine even more comfortable.The towel warmer boasts a beautiful brushed stainless steel finish, and the welds and joints are clean and smooth. The rack is thermostatically controlled to 155°F, which seems just right. While it's quite hot to the touch, it doesn't seem to pose a burn hazard with brief contact, at least for adults. However, it's important to be cautious, as the metal temperature under a towel can be slightly higher than the parts exposed to the air.Overall we are happy with this product.

There must be some other use for this, because it does not warm towels. I should have deciphered the small print as it claims to keep towels from smelling. Yes it is simple to operate and bars feel warm but after towel has been heating for hours on highest 155 degrees, the towel, when removed, does not feel any warmer than room temperature. I had a barrel towel warmer and it worked much better but took up floor space. So when we remodeled our bathroom, I had this “warmer” hard wired on our wall. Now I’m stuck with this rather expensive thing on my wall and it doesn’t do what I want and that is… warm a towel enough to feel the “warmth when I take it immediately from the rack and wrap it around me.”
