Bought this 7 months ago, it didn't look great when it arrived, which wasn't on the promised date, it arrived 2 weeks late! I thought with tender loving care and a feed of bonsai food, it would recover. Instead it has just died! Nothing I could do make it any better. I keep bonsai so I know what they need and how to look after them. It cost me £50.99 so not cheap and not money I cannot afford to throw away! I highly recommend people do not waste their money in purchasing this item ! I have had to rate this item to be able to summit my review, but I wouldn't even give it 1 star!!!!! Really disappointed!!

Nice looking plant in a good quality pot,exactly as advertised.

Dispatched on Friday arrived Monday afternoon, getting a bit concerned how fresh it would arrive. Was well packed and fresh, looking forward to seeing how it progresses. 3 healthy looking small trees, in the photograph there are 5, would look a bit cramped in the pot supplied but never the less. Will require watering pretty much every day. Edit…. Another reviewer has said that they have discovered they are outdoor only. I’m no expert but I think the jury is still out about that, the sellers, Thomson and Morgan are well known and they say indoors which is where I have got mine Edit March 26 2024. Have decided to put it outside. It doesn’t seem to know where it is some leaves have fallen off others stubbornly still there, I’m no expert but I suspect it is chiefly an outdoor plant after all. Had it in my bathroom and didn’t look very attractive. I also repotted and the roots seem very healthy, hope I haven’t killed it. We’ll see.

You only know what tree this is when you receive it as most people might not know how to tell what tree this is. This is an outdoor tree not indoor (can be kept indoors with the right condition) likes damp soil but not soaked or else you will cause root rot, I would water daily or every 2 days or when top soil looks and feels dry. This is a deciduous tree meaning it will shed the old leaves so don't stress if leaves start falling or change color winter time it will lose all leaves but the new buds will remain until spring for new foliage. *****Update****** I’m a concerned customer… This plant looks amazing at first, but from day one the leaves will turn brown, no matter how hard you care for it. Every day you will be sweeping up the mess of dry leaves, until between 5 and 6 months, there will be no leaves left. I’m disgusted that the price has doubled! I’m begging on bended knees not to waste your money. I have nothing to lose updating any potential buyers, but remember that you have been warned. They will not answer any questions you ask, no customer support either, they just want your money. Not everything is bad from this company, but I purchased this plant twice and both times the outcome was the same. The leaves keep turning brown and falling off everyday. the soil dries up, so needs watering daily and spraying water on the leaves
