Surprisingly well made and affordable!
I don’t write a lot of reviews but when my mother mentioned she needed a clothing rack, recommending this product came so quickly and easily to me that I decided to share my experience. I have had horrible luck with such racks in the past but my need override my reluctance. As someone who lives with disability and receives SSDI finances are a huge issue for me and often I have to forgo quality for affordability. This rack, however, is very well made and surprisingly affordable given the cost of comparable items. It was easy to assemble- I did it myself in less than a half hour and pretty much everything I needed was included. I knew I might have to change its location periodically and the casters work well. I have (over) loaded it with clothing but there has been no buckling of the metal rods. It is tucked into a corner of my apartment. The taller rod is about 5’ high and, with clothing, it juts out 3’ from the wall (you need to consider how much additional space you need in front to walk or stand in front of it to look for or hang clothing. The design is sleek and black is a perfect color. I do not use it for storage - I use it as an open, accessible wardrobe so I am constantly removing clothing to wear and re-hanging after laundering. In two years I have had NO problems. I would have preferred to rate it a 4.5 simply because it is a little short for longer formal gowns to hang even on the taller rod without sweeping the floor (and I’m only 5’3”!) but since I can’t give half points I chose to give it a 5 because that sole complaint is pretty inconsequential for lots of folx. It has survived being re-located and has stood the test of time. I would definitely but it again or consider other options from the that manufactures it.

Very sturdy!
Initially I was looking for a folding drying rack. But all the options seemed so expensive for a simple accordion folding rack. Then I saw this and I thought: perfect! Inexpensive. Holds lots of clothes. Hooks for hanging other things. Little shelf to keep things off the floor. Casters. Stops to keep hangers from sliding off. Easy assembly. What’s not to love? Needs a little bigger area than a collapsible rack, but that wasn’t a problem for me. Would buy again!

Don’t over load it
Suitable for my needs, rolls easy, easy to put together. Not the most sturdy, if you load too much or too heavy of items on it gets wobbly and hard to steer. Looks great, I use it for yard sales.

Sturdy
Very well made and sturdy, but a pain to put together. It has MANY pieces. I bent over to put my boots on the bottom rack and poked my eye on the little protrusion that is for hanging scarves, purses. It is not high enough for a long coat, but I like it because it has wheels and my cats can't knock it over like they did the old coat rack I had. I would buy it again.

Came with wrong piece then gaslighted me
Not hard to put together and an effective way to organize my winter wardrobe, but it gets a one star review due to their way of handling their mistakes and the frustration. Box arrived with one wrong piece so I contacted seller to see if they could send me the correct piece just to have them gaslight me and insist I was reading the instructions incorrectly. They sent me new instructions, which happened to be still the exact same instructions, and when I pointed this out (including highlighted sections of the instructions), the rep still insisted the instructions were not the same and I was reading it incorrectly... and that the piece I'm referring to doesnt exist! After a few days of back and forth emails and me drawing, highlighting, and circling instructions like a mad woman trying to prove her sanity - and in this case, my reading comprehension skills :-) I told them I would just do a return and replacement thru Amazon instead. That's when another rep responded and said they would send me the right piece.... to arrive within 5 to 7 business days! Surprising how this piece that was not to exist suddenly came to exist?? By this time I had already requested a return thru Amazon and ordered my replacement.... and guess what? Box number 2 had all the right pieces, including the piece they insisted did not exist. See pictures! If even after reading the negative reviews you feel you still want to give this product a go... Word of advice, if you are missing parts don't go thru the seller's customer service support. Would be much faster to go thru Amazon return and ordering a replacement on 2-day prime delivery. Waste of time and effort trying to work it out with them. Let's see if after 5 to 7 business business days I get the part they said they are sending. Annoying, to say the least! Also gets a one star for durability. One of the leg base hole where you screw the wheels in just popped right out when I tried to move this to another area of the house. The wheels are not needed unless you want to move this thing around, so I haven't decided if this is a keep or not... guess I'll make this decision in 5-7 business days when and if the part I'm missing arrives... 🤣

Nice looking clothes rack, but not sturdy enough for me
I really liked the look of this. I would have kept it, if it was sturdy. I thought the listed 220 lb capacity meant that it would hold up, but sadly it didn't. I had about 20-30 items hanging on it, most of them were very lightweight, and it started sagging. The problem is that the bars bearing the weight are connected pieces and not a solid bar. If this came with solid horizontal bars, it could be pretty great. The height was perfect and I really liked the hooks. In fact, I wish there had been more. It was fairly easy to put together. I did it by myself. It's very lightweight, I could pick it up without any help. Some of the pieces were not labeled. The stickers they put on each piece don't stay stuck on very well (a few were stuck to the bags the poles were in). It wasn't hard to figure out, because the instructions show everything visually.

Sturdy but not easily portable if needed
I’ve owned garments racks before & this is definitely an upgrade. The only drawback is that it is not (easily) portable. An Allen wrench is needed to take off any parts - as long as you have a devoted bag to put all screws/tools you can just take off a section or two to break down for storage or transport without having to take the entire item apart. But…This is also the reason that it is more sturdy, it is “built” better & has more support bars. I love the higher/lower bars for hanging & side pieces that protrude to hang things on & the little nubs that stop hangers from sliding off. The bottom shelf’s bars that go across are pretty far apart, so things can fall through. I put a board on the bottom to make it solid. All in all, a good piece for a garment rack.

A good, sturdy clothes rack
As you can see from the photo, I am not using this clothes rack in a conventional way, other than to hang items off of it. I started collecting a new category of plants and discovered myself owning a fair number of trailing plants. This isn’t an issue other than how to hang them. As I’m am not one to be comfortable with the holes needed for putting up the standard plant hangers in my ceiling (what if I want to rearrange the room?) nor put holes above my windows in the wall for a hanging bar. This left me with free-standing plant hangers for indoors of which I bought one. These came with 2 issues. Price, as they only hold 2 plants and stability, as the stand needs to be balanced for weight of have a heavy plant on the base plate. So the price issue kept me from investing further in that direction. One day I came up with this idea of a clothes rack and really liked this one for a few reasons. Firstly, the claims of durability and ability to hold decently heavy weight. But also the overall design appealed with the overall hanging space and the 2 level bars for the interest it provides with my use. The bottom rack is also a future feature as this can be overlaid with something to create a shelf there for more plants! I’ve rigged the rack up with grow light bars and it has been a happy home to the growing collection of hanging plants ever since. And it’s not only functional, but I actually like it and will look better over time as the plants grow.

Works well
Great clothing rack, I like the lower shelf. It gets a little unstable if you've weighted it down with too much... But that's normal... Overall attractive and easy to assemble

Sturdy, Stylish and Super Practical!
Very sturdy and easy to put together. Holds a lot more clothes than I expected, and the bottom shelf is perfect for shoes. Great quality for the price!
