I love these a lot but the only issue is this one line I received. It doesn’t work with red and also flashes sometimes. If the one line worked, I would rate it 5 stars. I am gonna try and see what I can do about this line.

Light functionality: Projects the light to the wall not to you

I bought the nanoleaf lines + expansion pack nearly a month ago and three of the connectors aren’t functioning properly - the lines stop working if connected to them. I’ve been emailing back and forth with Nanoleaf’s customer support since Amazon can’t replace parts and each time someone new emails me requesting new information or that I conduct a different test. The team is inconsistent and each time I email them, I get an email that they haven’t heard from me in a while.
