there are many many types of gopro mounts out there I chose this one to fit my extras bar on my handlebars , no probs with fitting but I did use a bit of thin rubber to increase the grip a bit as some of the local roads here are a bit lumpy and I didn't want it moving, the camera fits straight into base plate solidly I did use a really small knob of grease , really small !!! Just to ease the mount in first time and it makes for a nice easy release aswell This is the second mount I have bought from this seller very pleased

I purchased this mount along with a couple of others from different brands to see which worked best on the barrel of a paintball gun. So far I can confidently say that this is the best mount by far and hasn’t let me down yet. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy one for this reason, but check your barrel size first.

Bit loose on a childs bike handle bars but with a bit of rubber between the bar and the clip it works fine. Don't over-tighten as it'll break. Great price for a good product

The fit to the handlebars is good, the attachment to the camera is good.i like the ability to detach the camera without unscrewing the bolt. The shoe fitting is slightly loose so there’s an unwanted vibration.(I did solve this with a piece of rubber from an old light mount)

Used for my Cycliq Fly 12 (original version) which is a bike light & camera combo that uses the GoPro mount. It's several times the weight of a GoPro with housing. Even for the small size handlebar mount, it was too large for my bicycle (Dahon foldable). D&F don't supply extra rubber inserts to make up the gap, but they were easy enough to find from old light fittings. The diameter range is quite limited, so likely you'll need to improvise. However, once rubber shims found, the result is really secure yet easily able to take the Cycliq camera/light on and off the bike whenever I park it. Had to give up on it as once I took it on the road I found the camera shake was unbearable, and the cause is the vertical looseness of the quick release slot. There's no way to tighten this aspect, other than stuffing something into the gap, making it no longer a quick-release. Shame, as I haven't found any alternatives with a quick release mechanism.

Great mount for my GoPro Hero 4, 5 & 6 love how I can switch from forward facing to back for that perfect selfie action footage. Able to quickly remove without the fear of losing the thumb screw as this is attached. Only slight downside there is no rubber inserts to allow for a perfect tight fit however I had a small piece of rubber that did the trick or even tape would ensure a more secure fit. Overall extremely happy with the product that even allows for my low profile GoPro mount

Cheap and cheerful and there's nothing wrong with that :-) Clamp has a relatively narrow diameter so didn't fit my handlebars but I used it instead on the drop bar and seat post.
