Not for roller hockey
They are too light for roller hockey and are too soft rearly disappointed ☹️ so I returned them.

They are not the solid balls and they are certainly not for extreme play. It is my own fault I thought it was strange that the price was so low for 3 of them.

These deflate if you apply too much pressure. I bought them to work out knots in my back, they were no good for that. Probably fine for hockey...
