Any recommend lp scope rings for putting this onto an arsenal sm-13 mount?

If you are using a Midwest Industries pic rail mount or an RS products AKR mount you would be able to use low height rings with your setup.

What size scope rings does this scope need?

It will need 30mm diameter rings, and for mounting to an AR-style platform, we recommend extra high or AR-height.

Is this good for a mini 30?

I would think so, I feel like it would depend a lot on the mount that you get for your mini. I have heard that some mounts are hit or miss on those mini 14/30 models. The optic is awesome for the 7.62x39 round. Im not sure about to 300 blackout. Im sure it would be great for the 110 gr bullet (assuming). I have one of these on my SIG 556R and it is a tac-driver with any ammo around 120 grains. Never have fired sub sonic ammo. Primary arms makes a great scope, not only do they look great but they perform very well. Best bet would be to see if they have a 30-day return policy and try it out for yourself or do some youtube research and find a video for this with a mini 30. Best of luck!
