Don't hesitate. Great purchase
I work at a standing desk and am a little too short (ok a lot too short) to be comfortable. It's not adjustable so unless I wear platform shoes or high heels, I'm staring up at my computer and have my arms raised all day.For a time, I was using yoga blocks for height but got sick of falling off them. I decided to research wood standing stools. I looked on etsy first but the prices were in the mid to high $200s for something this size. I didn't want to invest that much.Took a chance buying a handmade item on Amazon. Honestly my expectations were pretty low, but this stool is great! Came on time and fully assembled. It's made in the USA which is stellar and still smelled of varnish which means it is brand new. It is VERY sturdy and I stand on it for hours a day.Excellent!!!

Beautiul and sturdy.
These stools are really beautiful. They are expensive but well worth it. I had an issue with damage from shipping, even though they were packed well. Amazon messed up my communication with seller and did not get responses for several days. I filed a claim and am sorry I did so. This was entirely an Amazon problem and not the seller. I highly recommend the beautiful product and terrific customer service. Seller has been great and these stools are perfect and beautifully made.

Quality wood construction will meet your needs for getting into bed.
I love this stool! I ordered one that fit under my bed when not being used. The dimensions were perfect for me and they have a number of stools with different dimensions to choose from. They are well made, feels sturdy under my weight when climbing into bed. My stool came fully assembled. While it was not a perfect match with my bedroom furniture, it was close enough and blended well.

Perfect step for higher mattresses!
The step is wonderful. The wide width and sturdy construction makes it perfect for use by the bed. This step is ideal for today’s high, platform, storage bed frames. The step was stained very well and it actually came very close to matching our bed frame which was an added plus.

Very attractive extremely well made, very sturdy
Looks very nice with a high quality finish. Extremely sturdy.Beds these days are getting taller so when my feet dangle over the side it cuts off circulation. I use this as a footrest to solve that problem. Easily slides under the bed and back out when I am going to get sitting for any period of time. If I find a need for a slip guard I will not be using the one that came with it. I have found this product [Anti Slip Tape Clear,Safety Track Tape Skid Tape Roll High Traction Strong Grip Abrasive Residue Free Adhesive (4" Width x 190" Long,Clear)] that appears to be a better option.

Gorgeous step stool
The stool is awesome. Great quality can tell person put some time into it and is proud of hiswork. The wood is beautiful and the stool has a very thick coating of I think polyurethane.The only reason I gave it four stars is it is slick. I bought a small rubber backed rug to put on it.Works great and has not discolored or caused any issues with the quality.

and finished beautifully, but the only problem I have with it ...
The stool is well made, and finished beautifully, but the only problem I have with it is that it tips easily if your foot goes near either end. The stool was purchased as a gift for me. I have a very bad back, and a very high bed, and I use it to get u p and down from the bed. If I don't plant my feet just so, it will tip. Wishing there was some kind of modification for it to prevent the tipping.

Sturdy feels like it was made a woodworkers shop!
Great product - I have a "high" bed and this is just right for the extra step I need. Unlike the products at the big box stores, this one is made from solid wood and feels like it was handcrafted in a woodworkers shop rather than the cheap press board so prevalent. Would highly recommend.
