Does this come with an LED candle?

Nope. But it's a beautiful lantern that I purchased additional candle lights myself to decorate.

What size of candle dose it hold?

I bought the 4x4 inch flameless candle light and it fit perfectly.

Will the lantern get hot if the candle is left in it for a long time?

It will be a little hot, so be careful when touching the lantern.

Is there only one product in the package? I saw someone said that they only received one lantern.

No, this is two -piece product. The small lantern is placed in the large lantern, and you need to take the small lanterns out of the big one.
