So lemme introduce you to my problems, sorry, dogs. They are 2 sausage dogs, or dachshunds, whatever you wanna call them, they're satans snackdogs. My girl dog comes into season and whilst I imagine this to be a situation where I can just pop her in a crate and leave them both settle, then change them over a few times a day, I was wrong. I'm not too big to admit when I was wrong. So, I was very wrong. My boy dog, Titch, he decided that he'd give up on his usual 24/7 crying and go for the full on attack mode. Screaming the song of his people like he was part of Gwar for 3 night and 3 days, his heart was literally racing as he was trying to get to her. Lily, for the most part, was just fed up of his constant bothering her, and had taken the tactic of full on warfare, this being every time he came near her, she'd try to off him.3 nights of no sleep, my friend told me about Bitch Spray- and in my search, I also found these. I bought both in readiness of my own 2 pronged attack on the issue.The spray did not work.These tablets have a review that says you need to take them 48 hrs before season and they'll take 2 days to kick in and blah blah blah. So I was ready for that. They LIED.Within an hour, the War of the Sausages had become blissfully peaceful. He stopped screaming like an audition for the sex pistols, and she just sat there now looking rather annoyed at his lack of advances. He sniffed her, wasn't interested, like AT ALL.These things work. They work well. They saved me from the depths of despair.

Bought these as my dog had just come into season the week I was having the grandkids to stay in an attempt to keep their young eyes and minds innocent, as I also have a neutered male dog. Not really sure how well they worked on their own as I wasn’t able to find the spray that other reviewers had suggested to use alongside these, but the grandkids returned home without having witnessed anything to damaging

Bought this for my 10 month Shepherd bitch. They seemed to work well. The spray was a citronella smell. Not unpleasant and the dog didn’t seem bothered by it at all.

My male dog was pestering my bitch about 3 days before she started bleeding but not I could control him. When she hit her peak he was terrible, wouldn’t eat, howled, tried to get to her so I thought I’d try the tablets. Although she was over her peak he was still all over her so on day 15 of her heat I tried them she is big so I had to give 4 tablets twice a day. I also bathed her and by the next morning so 3 doses in he had calmed down to the point that he would only try and mount her if he got over excited in play.I didn’t think they would work but they are good and I’m glad I tried them!

Why didn’t I know about these beforeI have 3 girls all in season and 3 boys. So you can imagine what it like trying to keep the boys away.I gave the girls there first tablet last night and it was like a miracle had happened. It was all quiet on the home front.The girls are all being spayed once they have had this season.

Does absolutely nothing please don’t waste your money!

Not sure if they had any effect on reducing the attraction of my 'in season' Saluki bitch.. can't imagine her half-brother could have been any more upset/lovelorn but hopefully I won't need to test them again as she will be spayed before she'd due again! I haven't noticed any reduction in smelly breath either.
