The taste? This an odd question but I’ve never noticed any taste with any evening primrose oil I’ve taken. I’ve never held in my mouth till it melts and wouldn’t recommend it.

Nice Evening Primrose Supplement
This evening primrose supplement was exactly what I was after. I find them easy to swallow and digest. It’s very affordable to boot! I also enjoy the subscription feature so I can sit at home and know it will arrive when I need a refill- rather than running to the store once a month hoping they have availability. Great product - highly recommend!

It works for breast pain
I’ve had a sharp breast pain due to cysts for weeks. It took these softgels two weeks to finally kick in, but I can really tell the difference. I sometimes feel a little bit of stinging, but it’s barely noticeable and nowhere near what it was like. I wanted to have my doctor drain the cyst that causes me the most pain, but after using Evening Primrose Oil, I completely changed my mind. This supplement is taking care of the discomfort and is sparing me a painful procedure! I strongly recommend this product to other women with breast pain caused by cysts.
