UDPAIO Stands Behind Their Poduct
The product is an OUTSTANDING design, attractive, sturdy, comfortable and durable, but somewhat difficult to assemble without an extra set of hands. I've added a suggested addition to the assembly instructions at the end of his review, which may make it easier if you do not have someone to assist.Although I followed the instructions pertaining to stepwise tightening of the fasteners in alternating fashion, I still managed to strip out the female thread on one side of a chair (Part B), The company in China responded to my description of the problem and request for assistance almost immediately, and within one week a new Part B (chair arm/legs) and 80mm faster bolts arrived from the manufacturer in China. They are an outstanding company service-wise as well. These are my suggested addition to instructions, if you do not have an extra set of hands to hold the parts in position:• Start by loosely attaching a provided locknut to each short screw (to facilitate identifying the short screws), and put all the fastener parts in a container so you don't have to go looking for them;• Put a right and a left part B upside down on floor with the four legs in the air, and hold in place vertically by placing the instep of your shoes on the bottom of the arms, taking care not to scratch the paint of the arms against the floor (I believe the paint is a powder coat, so it's pretty tough);• Insert and loosely fasten front and rear part C with the short bolts with nuts;• Turn the chair frame assembly on its side, and loosely attach one corner of one part A (two threads only); attach the diagonally opposite corner of part A in the same fashion;• Attach the other corners of part A per pages 5 and 6• Tighten screws in alternating fashion, two or three threads at a time, taking care not to cross thread them!• Note the error on page 6 of the assembly instruction manual; item "D" shown is being inserted backwards - collar fits on the right side as viewed from the rear;• The hex key provided is a VERY tight fit in the screw head, probably because of the enamel applied to the female hex opening in screw head - this causes hex key to slip out because it cannot be fully inserted in the screw head; be sure to firmly insert the hex key into the screw head as tight as you can, so it doesn't "round out" the hex insertion point of the screw head.

Stretcher piece too long to insert even at shortest length
After wrestling to put these chairs together, only 3 are useable. The 4th chair the bolts would only go into frame of seat about 1/4 inch and no more. One stretcher for head of chair at its shortest length is 1/2 inch too long to even put in. Seems they packed 3-20” seats and one older 18” seat.Contacted manufacturer in China. They did send me a replacement seat, but again it was an 18” seat. When I contacted them again, it took two months to even get an email with a video showing me how to stretch the seat…which had been done multiple times with both original and replacement.Don’t waste your time or your money ordering these chairs.

3/4 chairs and Amazon won’t send a message to the seller
Hello I received this item and one of the chair parts was assembled wrong at the factory. I would like a replacement or refund for this chair. The other three chairs in this set are fine. But when I went to return the whole set the amount for packaging and shipping are more than the chairs are worth.

They are a pain to put together by yourself

Bargain chairs
Chairs were difficult to put together at first, until i figured out to put the chair sling spreader in place before bolting the sling into the frame. After that, it went smoothly. Chairs are reasonably well made and sturdy, good for the money. They are not correctly represented on the site though: no stainless steel in these, it's all carbon steel, magnets stick to them like glue.

VERY VERY VERY difficult to assemble. BUY A DIFFERENT CHAIR!!!!
I know you are thinking that you have assembled so many difficult things over the years and always managed to complete the job. We’ll do have I. You need 4 very strong hands to hold all the moving parts steady while trying to assemble the legs. Then you need to call in Hercules and his entire crew to install that back brace. This is ridiculous. Assembly should never have to be this hard. I would prefer you charge me more for each chair and send it assembled than give me a discount and leave me with an impossible job. Very disappointed. I am going to need to pay someone to assemble this. And YES!! I left all the screws very loose as instructed. Still impossible to get that back brace on. The fabric simply will not stretch enough.

Sturdy
I had similar chairs and after 8-10 years they finallySuccumbed to the elements. SUN EXPOSURE. These chairs I’ll keep in the shade unless using them. Comfortable, sturdy and well made. My only complaint would be they are a little difficult to put together but if you have no problems with your hands (arthritis) it wouldn’t be a problem. This is second time I’ve bought these and would buy again.

Inferior Quality
Ordered two sets of 4 chairs each. On set was missing the legs for two of the chairs. Quality of the chairs was unsatisfactory for the price. Assembly took too long and was somewhat difficult because of the cheap wrench provided. Chair leg holes were counter sunk on outside for screws, but the counter sink on the opposite side was on the inside of chair, not the outside. After assembling the 6 chairs the I has legs for, 2 chairs were wobbly as leg bottoms were no flush to the ground. Lastly, the slings were not mounted to their frame evenly on 4 of the 8 chairs.
