I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased this. Just like others on here, I had it for less than a week and the battery no longer holds a charge. Very disappointing.

Doesn’t work as well as they say
I get cold in the winter and have used the little heat packs to keep my hands and nose warm. I was very excited when someone told me they have electric hand warmers. That seems to good to be true.And I was/am disappointed. It does not hold a charge maybe for 2-3 hours. Great idea, but Very disappointing.

Great warmer & battery back up! Glad we purchased.
Love this warmer, lasts a long time, use it for battery back up and when it is cold. Only issue is the button. Sometimes holding for 4 seconds does not work to turn on so you think it is dead. We have to try over and over to know for sure. It works just have to repeat the 4+ second hold and sometimes it is hard to turn off.

Great when it worked; short life matched short warranty.
Worked for a total of 4 months with regular use (almost daily). Now, a charge lasts about 5-10 mins and less each time I use it. Also, the power button is NOT recessed and inadvertently gets turned on in my purse periodically. This is the second hand warmer that died after a few months. Now, I have purchased one with a 1 year warranty. Sorry I wasted my money on the first two. For a Raynaud's sufferer, this type of device is a godsend.

Toasty
I have purchased three of these so far and have given them to different people who work in extreme cold temps and they all think they are a life saver

Doesn't hold battery life
I was very pleased with the hand warmer at first. Now the battery won't even charge. I have probably used this a total of 20 times since I have owned it. Very disappointed as have tried to charge 3 different times and won't even warm now. Would not recommend this product.

Works GREAT
My husband sufferers from neuropathy in his hands. This product is perfect for him, he keeps it in his hoodie pocket at work (gloves do not always work for in in this environment). I brought them with me to an event where one of the girls was taking pictures. She was unable to wear gloves. I let her borrow the hand warmer, she was so grateful. Everyone that sees this wants to know where I purchased them.

Heats up quickly and isn't wasteful
I didn't like using the disposable warmers. Seemed wasteful, and they last for several hours, when I just need a warmer for one or two. Also, they take a while to heat up. This little thing heats up right away and I can just turn it off when I don't need it any more. It feels good in my hand and makes cold morning dog walks much more enjoyable.
