easy to cut and apply
We have a lot of windows all around the property, all need to be replaced with new ones. The YIFUOK 15% VLT Window Film Tint show up just at the right time, with Heat rejection, Anti-glare, the VLT(Visible Light Transmission) of 15% give the tint a bit darker color. The installation does require a rather large flat work-table to prep, measure, cutting. Tools you will need:measuring tape, multiple new razor type blade(utility (utility knives), spray bottles, plastic squeegees, or credit cards. Painter tape. The installation is pretty much simple: clean the window, measure twice, add about 1/2“ to 1“ to both sides of the film, cut, peel the backing, wet, re-wet both window and film again, start apply in a corner (my preference) upper left to lower left, center, upper right, re-wet. Start from the center, moving outward using plastic squeegee or credit card to left side while hold on to the unpeeled portion of the film, keep the film and window wet (I found that by putting a small piece of painter tape on the upper left corner helps to keep it in place). Once the left done peel the backing off the rest, move from center to lower right, center to upper right make sure the surface of the film and window always wet. Re-adjust as needed (another small piece of painter tape on the upper right helps). Recheck all surfaces, making sure there are no bubbles. Use a new razor blade (utility knife) to trim the edges. Again, recheck all surfaces, making sure there are no bubbles. Leave small pieces of tape on the upper corner will prevent it from moving during the curing period----
