I absolutely love this . it came with everything I needed and works great. it heats perfectly and had good instructions. it is heavy and built well very nice and love the color

Try a different brand
I bought this in December of 2025, I needed a a bigger size, the box to change temperature stopped working at the beginning of this month and the handle just snap this weekend.

I would buy again
I bought this as it had everything I would like to do. Heat level is ok, it is made of metal and not plastic parts so it is durable. Watch videos on line to learn how to use a heat press and sublimation. Easy to use and no noise.

Heat press send to work fine but wish I had went with traditional clamshell rather than swing away
I've had this a couple months now and my only real complaint is I wish the top plate would lift higher (it only raises a small amount above the foam cushion included- maybe an inch?) to allow more room to arrange your stuff and make sure they are where you want them before lowering the top... I have found that on thicker items it can actually drag against your project and move the design or material while swinging back over to press... I haven't used any of the attachments yet but the heat press itself seems to work fine... I just wish I had went with the traditional clamshell rather than the swing away...

WORKED BUT COULD BE BETTER.
WORKED BUT THE HEAT DISTRIBUTION WASNT THE SAME ALL THE WAY ACROSS. ONLY TRIED THE SHIRT PRESS PART NEVER TRIED REST.

Issues after several weeks of light use
Worked fine for a few weeks, today it locked up and displayed "OFF" while preheating to 320. Disconnected power and let it cool down, powered on and it is stuck on 350 degrees and 30 seconds. Settings button beeps but is non-responsive and it runs too hot to properly press my DTF transfers. Temperature is now all over the place. It says "350" but shoots up to 380, then suddenly drops to 340, then settles on somewhere between 360-370 but still says it is set for 350. Timer can no longer be changed from 30 seconds and randomly starts counting down when it feels like it. The internal fuse has been intact, not blown, the entire time. Bought because I prefer the swing away feature, but it really doesn't matter if it no longer works.

UPDATE: Meh. Order an automatic if you can. Wish I would have.
I am coming back a few months later to update this review. Although I bought it a few months ago, I've only used it three times. I'm not quite sure, but I feel like maybe mine is broken. It keeps making clicking noises (is that normal?) and no matter where I get my transfers from, it seems I have to press the shirts several times. This takes up so much of my time. At first I wondered if it wasn't getting hot enough, but now I am wondering if it is too hot. If I wait a few minutes for the shirt to cool down, it will peel off, but I have to go back and re-check all of my shirts minutes later. Sometimes I need to press again. In conclusion, I am new to DTF so I don't know if this is the norm, but it seems like a huge waste of time to constantly be guessing how many times you need to press a shirt, even after a company gives you the exact temperature and pressure. I have found it to be this way with hot press, cold press, and no preference decals. If I had not missed the return window, I would probably return it and buy an automatic one too. It's just a pain to use.

L affichage de la température ne fonctionne plus
La presse es superbe je l utilise sans problème mais depuis 3 jour j ai un problème avec l affichage de la température.. si je met une température, ça m affiche pas le chiffre exact et ça arrête pas de monter et descendre.. j ai été sur le site .. mais tout es en anglais .. Quelqu’un peux m aider. Sinon je dois retourner la presse :(

Rapport qualité/prix
J'ai acheté cette presse pour débuter mon activité, je me doutais bien que pour le prix ce ne serait pas du luxe mais je pensais quand même que ca serait plus solide. J'ai eu un soucis au bout d'un mois avec la presse à tembler / mugs, peut être juste un défaut de fabrication mais très génant quand même. Par contre le service client a été super, un peu long mais efficace. Ils m'ont renvoyé une presse de rechange.
