Not really for Persian food
Doesn’t taste anything like “abghooreh”, which is sour and used to elevate the taste of herbs and seasonings. It is a variation of what you would use lemons, limes, ore vinegar. Abghooreh is made from unripe green grapes, and while this product has a more palatable pink colouring to it, it is definitely not what you would use for Persian food. You will not achieve the result needed.

Tasty
I like the taste of this. It has a tart flavor but not sharp like lemon or lime juice. So far, I have used this in cooking, but I have also tried this in cocktails with vodka and grenadine syrup. This comes in a glass bottle, and mine came properly sealed. Some settling does occur.
