Energetic, Fun, and an Excellent Value
Energetic, Fun, and an Excellent ValueJBL has built a very good set of earbuds that delivers an energetic and enjoyable listening experience. If you enjoy punchy bass and a lively presentation, these earbuds will put a smile on your face. The redesigned charging case is a nice improvement. It feels more refined, fits comfortably in the hand, and makes the earbuds easy to carry wherever you go.The sound signature is exciting. The bass has good impact, the rhythm keeps you engaged, and the vocals remain clear. After comparing these directly with my other earbuds using the exact same songs, I found that these earbuds really come alive when the volume is increased a few notches. That's when the bass becomes fuller, the punch comes through, and the music becomes even more enjoyable.Comfort is good, connectivity has been reliable, and the overall value for the money is outstanding. Are they the most refined earbuds I've ever heard? No. They aren't trying to be. JBL designed these to be fun, energetic, and engaging, and they succeed. If you're looking for earbuds that deliver strong bass, an exciting sound signature, and excellent value for the price, these are an easy recommendation.Highly recommended.

Mastering Engineer Approved
A lot of pros with one con.I didn’t think I had a lot of time for earbuds during the day, so I started off trying a cheap pair. They were $20 or something with 4.8 stars and reviews like, “I haven’t used my Airpods since buying these!” so I thought that sounded perfect. They sucked. The sound was harsh, they became painful after extended use, noise cancelling was barely noticeable, etc. I can’t actually remember all of the problems at this point. BUT they sold me on the functionality of wireless headphones.Fast-forward to a few months later - it’s Black Friday and I bite on these because they’re on sale. I was a little hesitant because they had a lowly 4.2 stars. Turns out average reviews aren’t everything. These are the polar opposite of the highly-reviewed, cheap headphones I tried: they’re comfortable, and the sound is amazing. As the title implies, I master audio so this is not a hollow endorsement. The cheap ones had hyped bass, missing mids, and painful presence/treble. These are very flat and well-performing by comparison, and can be EQ’d. The noise cancelling is also VERY respectable. I frequently work around loud sources and am sensitive to loud noises, and I have accidentally left these in when I intended to swap for earplugs, because the performance is similar.I love the app. Being able to select between audio quality vs. video sync’ing is awesome when I want to watch live musical performances where sync issues play with your mind. Being able to create custom EQ settings is very important to me too.The con is that you have to take them out of the case to power them on. It’s not a huge deal - it’s easy to pop them in for a split second if they’ve timed out or something. But there has been one occasion that I ran somewhere and forgot the case. I intend to live my life without dependence on crap like headphones, so no big deal - take a break.I would normally give something like this 4 stars because that power-on function is a notable miscalculation on JBL’s part, but it deserves a much better average review than it has so I’m doing my part to raise it. In everyday life it’s not that big of a deal unless you’re the kind of person who loves to find things to complain about.

Excellent so far but had to find alternate way to install app
When I tried to install the JBL Headphones app from 'Google Play' on my Consumer Cellular Verve I couldn't find it with a search; and when trying to install from the QR code I kept getting an error message 'not compatible with your device'. I was ready to return them until I did a search on the error and found an article explaining an alternate way to install the app through APKMirror (which to my surprise actually worked). Having gotten past that, everything has been fairly easy and seems to work really well (except it takes some effort and usually a few tries to get them snug in my ears). I ended up using the smallest gel caps and I suspect some people who complain about not having a large enough size might actually need the smaller size. I set up the left bud to control volume instead of the default since I will use them only for music. At first, I thought I was supposed to tap the top of the buds to start/stop etc. but soon realized I was supposed to tap the outside surface, and it worked fine from that point on. One review complained about the small number of presets for the equalizer. I think they probably didn't scroll down far enough. In any case I just set up the custom option to match what Rock would normally be (a curve with gradually increasing base & treble at the low and high ends) and it sounds fine. I have only been using these for a short time. But unless there are problems I haven't encountered yet, I think these JBL Tune Buds would be much more than adequate for just about anyone (or at least those planning to use them exclusively for music as I am).I finally got a chance to use these on an ice rink (real life situation). I agree they are somewhat difficult to get seated in your ear. The quick start manual has 2 pictures illustrating the suggested positioning for doing it, but I also wiggled them and pushed in for about 5-10 seconds which seemed to help. Once I got them in, they stayed. With my budget priced phone placed on the sidelines the blue tooth stayed connected over the entire area of the rink. I found it very helpful to be able to pause, rewind and replay a song by tapping the ear bud (as opposed to using the phone). For those stating they are not loud enough, check the app setting to see if you have the volume limiter enabled (and be careful if you turn it off).

Great value if you need a decent earbud.
So far have had these for 3 days and I am impressed with the battery life. I use these mostly at work with an IPOD (Yes an IPOD) and I just connect it via Bluetooth and the sound is very good I have them on for 10 hours and they last me the whole time. Mind you I have the volume low so that I can hear around me and I am able to be aware of everything. I do not get ear fatigue nor do they bother after 10 hours. The ambient sound is on all day and I still have a charge when I leave. I bought these mostly for the battery life and it doen not disappoint. They are pretty comfortable and seem to stay in ear all day so that is a plus. I just wish they actually showed a percentage of the charge left like Groovz does. The sound is clear and I am not using the designated app since I am not talking on the phone with these the noise canceling is great also and call quality when I tested them out on my phone was superb.

Great buds that I will keep coming back for
When I lost my last pair, I immediately ordered it again, these are the best in my opinion. The sound quality and battery life are great for the price and for my needs, and it charges quickly. I had to upgrade to these after the previous generation of BT kept losing connection. These stay connected perfectly. My own suggestion is DO NOT but it used. The ones I bought before this one were used because I was in a tight spot, and it said "like new", so what could go wrong, right? Yeah, I took it out of the package and one of the buds was caked with old dried earwax. I cleaned it as best I could and used it for a week. It kept dropping the connection which was of course a deal breaker for me, so I ended up buying the next pair NEW on my next paycheck. Now I'm back to the same great experience that made me purchase it in the first place. And just in case you're like me and struggle to find buds that stay in your ears, the tips that come with these fall out of mine, but I learned a few years ago to buy my own foam tips because a guy at work said he had the same issue before he bought his own. You'll have to replace them every so often with prolonged use and I think they degraded over time even without use, so just bear that in mind. The ones I get are only $6 though, so no complaints here. I hope this helps someone!

Originally gave it 5 stars, but..
After trying 4 different brands, this is the only one that actually last 9+ hours on a single charge, with noise cancelling on. The ANC works well for what I need it for. So 5 stars for that. It losses 2 stars because there is no way to know if the buds are changing in the case, it only flashes a blue light a few times when you put them in. Unfortunately this means that multiple times now I have gone to put them in after "changing" only to hear "less then 10% charged" so I could not use them for the 1st half of the work day.. all previous brand would have a red light while changing that would either go out or change color when full. (Sadly that brand "updated" their ear buds and now they only last 7 hours..).Another downside is they do not sit securely in my ears, if I was using these while working out or moving around they would probably fall out easily, But, I use them sitting at a desk so they work fine for my needs.

Treat yo'self
I really have no complaints. The ones I had prior to this were a pair of Skullcandy earbuds, and whenever I would use them for a phone call the person I was speaking with couldn't hear me at all the microphone was just utter crap. But with these JBL earbuds, I use them for music and for podcasts and for phone calls and whatever else,-tlalk to text and stuff-and I've been using them for a hot minute now and not one person yet has asked me *Am I on speakerphone?" because they hear themselves echoing or " Where are you? I can barely hear you! " Because I sound so far away. The sound quality is excellent and the app that you can get to work alongside them allows for a lot of versatility with equalizing and sound control, which I really like. And it also has a feature where if you set one down you can use the app to make it beep until you find it. Excellent for the ADHD another neurodivergent types who literally walk in a room and forget what they're there for, because I know you lose your earbud too.In the end I just want to wrap it up I guess by sayingTREAT YO'SELF.BUY YOU SOME.

The sound is good when they stay in your ears good but soon as you move around they move out and will not stay in good I’ve tried everything but will not stay in it’s these rubber ear cups that are never any good . also the Volume is not very good I have to put my phone on max volume to get a good sound that is want. I have several other pairs that are not that way don’t have to max out, I should send back but I ordered some foam ear cups to try hope that works

La batería dura 8 horas continuas (confirmado)
No hay queja, sonido impresionante, se ajusta bien al oído si se sabe acomodar.

Solid product for the $
Generally pleased with the product. Volume could be a little louder but everything else functions well. Decent noise cancelling too.
User
very good
sounds just the same as the jbl 760 nc headphones but better as you get noise cancellation and ambient mode the only downside is that it very easy to drop I lost my other one and now it’s battery life dies quickly so i will much more prefer the JBL headphones
