Easy to install, but wifi setup is tricky if you have an SSID on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz, as the setup refuses to continue on 5Ghz. Initially was not working with Googlr Home, but now it works

This Crompton ceiling fan is the worst piece of junk I have ever bought. The remote never worked from day one, and when I complained, their so-called “customer service” had the audacity to say the remote is not under warranty and I should buy another one with my own money.This is nothing but daylight robbery. They sell you a faulty product and then wash their hands off any responsibility. The fan itself is substandard, noisy, and not worth even half the price. Crompton clearly survives by cheating customers and providing zero after-sales support.Shame on this brand for looting customers and calling themselves a trusted name. I will never buy a Crompton product again and strongly warn others – don’t waste a single rupee on this trash.

The media could not be loaded. Best Bldc fan under 2000. Build quality is good . Comes with remote. Would be better if they provide battery with remote. Fan speed is good. Noise level is very low. Good for peaceful sleep.
