This thing is cute but it definitely is made With cheaper/thin material and not made for tiny people. If they added more holes around the waist it might work but the straps in the back will hang out and may not line up as well. Unfortunately had to return

This was bought as part of a Halloween costume, and it fit well, went on easily and looked great. Comfortable and...well, as an accessory it does the job nicely. Good value for a well made product.

one size does NOT fit all, i had to make alterations to get it to fit, would not recommend for anyone over a size 16. it’s super cute tho
